This is completely normal for made-to-order items.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production begins and your order can no longer be fully cancelled.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials and labor.

Personalized orders also incur a $5 design fee if cancelled after production has started.
